A portable candle lantern, 14 in diameter at the splayed base, 16 in tall, a single continuous loop of spring-tempered aged-bronze rod, dark warm umber-brown, forming both the upper hanging bail and a lower ring that opens into three splayed feet, a thick clear-glass cylinder resting loose in the loop's waist.
