Bay Butter Board

A small serving board, 12 inches wide, 6 inches deep, and 1 inch thick, cut from a single piece of limed white oak, edges left square and gently eased, finished in food-safe oil. Plain and honest, its only detail is the clean grain of the solid oak itself, unadorned, the same wood already speaking through the room's chair, table, and bench.
