Room XV
The Pool Loggia
A colonnade beside a long pool, meant to hold towels, shade, and salt air, day after day. The light off the water throws itself back up onto every underside in the room, brighter than the sky alone would give. Furniture spends its whole life half-wet and fully in the sun, so nothing here can be precious — only built to last through a whole summer of it.

The room's own light
“Photographed once, under one light.”
