A pair of solid cast candlesticks, each 11 in tall on a 3-in-diameter foot, set side by side roughly 7 in apart, in aged bronze, deep brown-umber, hand-rubbed matte, a slender turned stem rising from a broad flat foot to a small candle cup.

| Signature | The surface of the metal carries fine parallel tool-mark striations, the ghost of a lathe-turned wooden master preserved directly in the cast bronze, ridges and facets that read unmistakably as the marks a turning tool left in wood, now permanent in solid metal. |
