Course Cheese Board

A small oak cheese board, 11 inches wide, 8 inches deep, 1 inch thick, built from small end-grain blocks of solid limed white oak, sized for a single wedge and a knife. The signature, even at this small scale: the end-grain blocks are laid brick-bond, every joint offset from its neighbor, so no seam runs straight across the board.
