An oval stoneware serving platter, 20 inches long, 14 inches wide, 2.5 inches tall, wheel-thrown and hand-shaped with a flat rim and a long oval turned foot ring, finished in a matte chalk slip over the raw clay body. Propped at a slight angle to reveal its underside.
